An original acoustic composition created as a final project for an Art History course, blending music, visual inspiration, and conceptual storytelling. Inspired by the works of Salvador Dalí, this piece was written and recorded after an extended period of studying surrealist imagery and visual themes. Titled Gestalt, the song reflects an interpretation of fragmented perception and meaning forming through artistic observation. The composition focuses on acoustic arrangement and layered sound design, incorporating experimental approaches to texture and atmosphere. Alongside the music, supporting visual elements were included to enhance presentation and create a more immersive experience beyond audio alone. This project represents an exploration of how sound can translate visual art into emotional and narrative form, combining academic inspiration with personal creative practice.
